Capital Electric was started in 2002. It was formed from the service department of Encompass Services. The service department at Encompass was into D.C. power, Infra Red Scans power quality surveys and harmonics. With this kind of background, Capital Electric has a core of highly technical electricians with a very broad range of talents and experience.

Education is a big part of any electrical contractors business. The education and training of our apprentices is a high priority at Capital Electric. With passing grades Capital Electric Pays for books and tuition.

Our company, owners and employees have had a long history with the city of Salt Lake starting with the City and County Building in 1985.
